Philbin’s youth programs are custom designed for athletes ages 7-18 participating in ALL sports. The program focuses on all aspects of conditioning: flexibility, balance, coordination, basic movement skills, strength endurance, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, speed running technique, agility, proper nutrition, hydration, safety and most importantly establishing good habits and a positive attitude.

Philbin’s adult programs are designed for anyone ages 19 & up looking for a vigorous program to stay fit. The program focuses on all aspects of conditioning: flexibility, balance, coordination, basic movement skills, strength endurance, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, speed running technique, agility, proper nutrition, hydration, safety and most importantly establishing good habits and a positive attitude what ever your age may be.
